Capitol Division is pleased to be hosting a refereeing clinic in foil and épée on October 5 and 6 at DCFC. We have arranged to have Charlie Washburn, an internationally-rated foil and épée referee, come and give the clinic.

Although the referee exam will not be given at this clinic, we strongly suggest anyone who wants to improve their refereeing skills to attend, especially in light of the recent rule changes adopted by the USFA.

The clinic will be held on Saturday, October 5 from 10:00 until 4:30 and on Sunday, October 6 from 10:00 until approximately 2:30. This is a two-day clinic and attendees must attend both days. There will not be a break for lunch, so attendees should bring a bag lunch with them.

The fee for the clinic is $40 per person. Due to the late notice, there will be no pre-registration and attendees should register at the door, but if you think that you will be attending, please send an email to Mary Anne Walker at mawalkerak@yahoo.com so we will know you will be coming.
