The Executive Committee has agreed to purchase one metallic strip for the division. The strip will be installed on the floor at Forest Glen Fencing Center, home to DC Fencers Club and to most of our division competitions.

Before we can finalize the purchase, we need your help. No, we’re not asking for money… just your vote.

The cost of the new strip is $1,440, which will come out of the division’s current funds. The Executive Committee is prohibited from making a purchase of this size without the approval of the membership.

A ballot is enclosed with the mailed version of this newsletter. Please mark the ballot as instructed and return it to the division secretary. All ballots must be received by October 14 to be considered.
