At the Annual Meeting of the Capitol Division Membership on July 29, the following Division officers were elected:

• Chair – Janusz Smolenski (smolasia@erols.com)
• Vice Chair – Bruce Milligan (remise@aol.com)
• Treasurer – John Hyslop (gjh@boo.net)
• Secretary – David Sapery (david@usfencing.org)

Capitol Division is also entitled to three representatives to the USFA Congress, and each representative is also a member of the division’s Executive Committee. The following members were named to be our representatives:

• Bruce Milligan (remise@aol.com)
• Alternate: David Livengood (david_livengood@msn.com)

Each club in Capitol Division with at least 5 division members is also entitled to a club representative on the Executive Committee. For the 2000-2001 season, these club representatives are:
