There will be an equipment check, and it will be staffed by at least two armorers at all times (plus some volunteers at busy times).
For those arriving early (or local) there will be an equipment check Friday night during set up staring around 8:00pm.

Tournament Fees:

First Event Fee: $30.00
Second Event Fee: $20.00
Graduate/Undergraduate College Student with ID: $5.00 off first and second event fees.

At the Door entry $60.00 for each event entered.

If you arrive after the close of registration, you may only fence at the discretion of the Bout Committee and you will be subject to additional fees.

Fencers can only fence one event per day!

Deadline: Online registration ends March 25, 2009.

Tournament Format: One round of pools with direct elimination, and no fence-off for third place. In all events with more then 64 fencers there will be an 80% cut from pools into DEs. Tournament will be run in accordance with all USFA rules. Women are awarded Chesapeake Challenge Circuit points for their place in the women's event.

Directions: Off I-95/495 (Capital Beltway), take Exit 25 (Rt 1 Baltimore Ave, College Park). Follow Rt 1 south 2.5 miles to the University of Maryland campus. The Reckord Armory where the tournament held is on the right of US 1. (Parking)
